Indian Food Festival

From Chicken Dum Biryani of the North to Bisi Bele Bhaat of the South and from Puneri Misal Pav of the West to steaming Momo platter of the East, the Indian Food Festival spoilt everyone for choice with the best dishes from every corner of India! The icing on the cake was the visit by esteemed Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, who taught a trick or two to aspiring chefs.
